Data Science Specialist, Analytics Division
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Science Specialist to join our Analytics Division. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems, generate actionable insights, and drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Business Operations, to ensure data-driven solutions enhance business outcomes and create measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models, algorithms, and machine learning solutions to solve business challenges.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into data science projects.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously improve model performance and scalability through testing and iteration.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and techniques in data science and analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong knowledge of data wrangling and feature engineering techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or time-series forecasting.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design.
- Experience working in business intelligence or with customer behavior data.
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques and frameworks.
