We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize the activities of our Supply Chain Division. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure operational targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all operations.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain business continuity.
  • Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for senior management to inform decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management systems.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools (SAP, Oracle, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, PMP).
  • Experience in demand planning and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with international logistics and import/export regulations.
