Operations Manager, Supply Chain Division

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure operational targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all operations.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain business continuity.
- Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for senior management to inform decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools (SAP, Oracle, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, PMP).
- Experience in demand planning and forecasting.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with international logistics and import/export regulations.
