Product Marketing Manager, Growth Team
Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our Growth Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth through data-informed marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to launch new features, optimize the customer journey, and unlock growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and features to drive adoption and growth.
- Analyze market trends and user insights to identify growth opportunities and influence product strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Data teams to optimize the user acquisition funnel and retention strategies.
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Lead marketing experiments and A/B tests to improve campaign performance and product adoption.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, in-app messaging, social, content) to drive engagement and retention.
- Develop and maintain competitive analysis and market intelligence to keep the company ahead of trends.
- Work with design and content teams to create marketing assets and resources that communicate product value effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment.
- Proven track record of driving growth and user engagement through innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging messages.
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, user segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
- Background in growth hacking, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing models.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and paid acquisition strategies.
