We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Creator Success team. In this role, you will build and scale tools that empower content creators to thrive on our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Design, and Customer Success—to create seamless experiences that help creators grow, engage with their audience, and succeed. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions to enhance the creator experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Build and maintain APIs and back-end services to support new front-end features.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving engineering practices.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and bring innovative solutions to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Back-end experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of security best practices in full-stack development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the creator economy, social media, or content platforms.
• Familiarity with real-time features (WebSockets, live streaming, notifications).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, or Cypress).
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of past work.
