Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiences that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into interactive designs.
• Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a product-driven environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how designs are implemented.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
• Understanding of user psychology and behavioral design principles.
